Will Drewry

Allows entries to be ignored or allowed based on a simple 
regular expression against the file path and name. This was inspired 
by the description of the now missing filterentries.py plugin. See 
the file for usage.

2007-12-01 note: Verified by darkmessenger as part of GHOP 
that version 0.02 of this plugin works with PyBlosxom 1.4.2.
